EGR Management has partnered with IMACC to create a job training program for the restoration industry. The pilot program is ongoing with 43 students who have been gathered from various smaller youth programs under the umbrella of the Detroit Youth Workforce Development Program. The students are being trained in water damage and fire damage restoration and will soon sit for the IICRC certification exams for those subjects. They are also going to train on lead awareness, Xactimate estimating and claims documentation in the coming weeks.  EGR Management is providing WRT and FSRT test prep training for the students and we are excited to see the students progressing well in the program. Students are 18 to 20 years old and had to pass a screening process to enter the training program. The students will be ready to join the restoration industry with an advanced skill set in early May.
